I like the music the "scene" people are into, and i love their style.

but how do i change.

i wanna do it for me, not for anyone else.

i just think id fit in with the music scene better,

any suggestions on what i can do.

wardrobe. hair? etc.

Well going on your pic i can see, get a hair cut.

Ask your hairdresser for choppy layers, short ones on top so its thinck and thinned out towards the bottom, say so its sorta mullet like and you can mess it up and spike it up.

Get some bold, colorful clothes and accessories, try wearing bows and things in your hair.
