i want my hair spiked at the back but i dont know how to.

i have black peoples hair, %26amp; my other friend is black %26amp; she knows how to do it, but i dont want to bug her.

what do i have to use?

it`s spiked only at tyhe back %26amp; a little at the top of your head. the long pieces of hair just kinda droop a little while the roots stand up so they stick out .

i dont know if i should use gel or hairspry or both ..

Try the brand bed head paste or molding mud...worked for me

Eliptical hair needs stucture. Try Giovanni's 'glam traxx' - looks like a stick of deodorant, but it really holds. A product like that applied to the roots will hold them up (and not wilt with heat or sweat) Finish with flexible hold hairspray.
