One, It's always better to look natural if you dye your hair. THIS doesn't look natural. If you're trying to look "scene" That's dumb. Just be yourself, because that hair is ugly.

first of all make sure you are allowed to do it like that before u get ur hopes up then. if u want to do it urself get dark brown dye and dye ur whole head. then get bleach and foil and one of those brushes things and put the strands u want over the foil then put the bleach on the hair then fold the foil over so it wont get on the other hair.

i would do the blonde first becaues its really hard to get your hair blonde after its been dyed dark.

you dont need to get it done professionally,

i did a long time ago and they did a terrible job.

you can do just as good if not better on your own.

NEVER go darker all over when planing to have highlights. First do the highlights in the foil method, and while it is processing put the darker color every were else. You can do this yourself but it is easier with a friend. Never put dark where you want to put a highlight, because it won't get that light. Trust me!!!
