Ok, so my mom is a porofessional hairstylist. I think i can help you. Well, first, your hair needs to be more than one color. It will help alot. Mine, is light blond on top, and black underneath. It looks cool. anyways, have a hair stylist cut it in ALOT of layers. I mean alottt. Make the top of your hair like thick and poofy, and the bottom should be thin. Make your hair is parted on the side, and have side bangs. Put some other colors.. i use to have some purple in it, but now i have hot pink. It looks pretty good.

To style it, you should tease it. If you dont know how, well you take the top layer of your hair, back comb it (pretty much make it al ratted up underneath) and hairspray it. and lay it down, and style it. Do this all around your head. and then hairspray, and headbang. :] Thats what i do, and most people say I look scene.

okay, well,

my friend used to have thick wavy hair before she got it to look scene, so heres what she did,

first of all straighten it, so you knwo what your working with,

cut a bunch of choppy layers into it and maybe thin it out a little, depending on how thick it is,

you can dye it a bunch of colors,

i'd say bleach blond with black peices or black with bright colors

then you can use a fine comb and up comb the back, you take peices of hair and comb parts of it underneith and downwarda.
