Im trying to grow it out, and i kinda want scene hair, but idk what to do with it, and i wanna dye the tips blue =]

get lots of layers, tease it after you straighten it, and personally i like coontails the most as far as coloring it goes :)

But you should get it like shoulder length short and choppy.
with the kindof bangs that go completly over your forhead.
you should backcombg it alot, so it poofs up aswell, that would like wayy good on you.

You are really pretty! How about taking a little length off for now and adding some face framing layers. And you'd look great with some long side swept baangs. For a change, try your natural curl instead of straightening it, which will also give your hair a break from all the blow drying. You are a natural beauty. Smile!
