Yes, i am mixed, (black and white, more white than black tho) and I need to fix my hair. It's very dry, poofy and greasy. Any ideas of what i should do to moisterize it? I was thinking of having it straightened so i could get a emo/scene style. Any ideas?

no kiddin'! I am mixed to! More black than white. To moisturize my hair i use this weird shampoo called straight and sexy(or something) and it also makes my hair straighter.

And if you have hair that sticks up in the front you should braid the front area on either side of a part.

I am not sure what emo style is, but try frizz-ease by John Frieda, and get a CHI flat iron. Your hair will flatten, just make sure to protect it with a good thermal protectant.

get a product that mostuizes it or go to your stylist and ask them what is good for your hair. then if you want emo hair which is so cool get it chemically straightened and get shaggy layers.

Just straighten it with a straightener and put in straightening mouse and spray it with Anti-Frizz Shine Serum. You can find them both at walmart, target, or salons.

no no perm isn`t a good idea,it ruined my life!! now i`m free,i`m 100% natural(corkscrew curls and spirals),its been 6 months already.Try aubrey organics(look at the ing too),i heard good reviews about it,i`m going to the health store tommorow to look for the aub org-island naturals replenishing conditioner and the aub org mandarin magic ginko-----moisturizing jelly.I heard that this jelly is abit like a gel but its all natural i read good reviews about it.
