Find a beauty school in your area, they will do all sorts of crazy colors like that for a cheap price.

1. get the cut

print out the pictue and bring it to a good stylist (don't skimp on your hair)

2. ask her/him about styling the cut

3. dye your hair black and get blue-black and blue dye as well and dye the front more blue-black and work in to get completely blue on the bangs. Ask your stylist to do it if it's to complicated for you by yourself. i'm not gonna lie this will be hard. GOOD LUCK!!!! :)

i love her hair.. the length is a little to short for me though. ANYWAYS just take the picture to your hairstylist and ask them to do that.
