What can i do with my hair to make my head smaller!?

hey all,

I have a conventionally larger head, which makes the fact tha`t my hair is so thick and puffy even more annoying!

Especially around my crown, where it all seems to puff out and be long! this makes it look like i have some kind of bobble on the back of my head! And i dont like it, it makes my head look so much bigger than it should be.

iusually i would just have another haircut and get it cut quite short, so that the hair is also thinned out, but now im going for quite a scene kid look, only hair wise, not in fashion! So am going to grow my hair long and then eventually dye it white and start using straighteners!

This is mainly an experiment, and because my friend looks cool with it, im going to try! This meand im going to be growing my hair more, and hence in the stages leading up to average length hair, fit for straightning, im going to have even longer puffy hair ont he back! Is there anything i can do to stop my hair being so thick and puffy!?
